Digital Rewards

Digital rewards (vouchers, discount codes, etc.) are typically delivered via email within 24-48 hours of your donation being processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see your reward in your inbox.

Physical Rewards

Physical rewards will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your reward has shipped.

Experience Rewards

Experience-based rewards (resort stays, cruises, etc.) include a voucher with booking instructions. Vouchers are sent via email and include all details needed to redeem your experience. Please review the voucher terms for booking windows and availability.
